ABOUT ME:

Victoria graduated Hofstra University in May 2017 with a B.A. in Public Relations and a double minor in Marketing and Rhetoric. During her studies, Victoria specialized in courses focusing on public relations, retail marketing, sports marketing, and social media studies, among many more. In addition, her on-campus involvement focused on the music industry and the non-profit sector.

Currently, Victoria is working as the Marketing Coordinator for The Nutty Irishman Bar and Venue where she manages and creates specialized content for the brands various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In addition, she keeps up to date email marketing records and creates targeted email marketing campaigns that are sent to patrons on a regular basis.

In addition, she works with companies such as Listables and Catch-a-Ride to create press releases and to research and pitch news outlets to garner press coverage. In her free time, she volunteers for two music publications as a writer and social media manager.

During her internship with the New York Lizards Major League Lacrosse team, she wrote numerous articles for the team’s website, including press releases and various other promotional materials. Victoria continued her work for the organization through the summer for their game days, where she managed the teams Instagram and Snapchat during events.

 

During her time as the Publicity, Promotions, and Marketing Chair of Mane Records, she gained experience with the A&R department by assisting in choosing an artist for the label. In addition, she furthered her experience with crafting press kits and pitching to local media.
